For whom?

The workshop is designed for guitarists with experience who have mastered the basics of music theory and improvisation, but want to improve their technique, develop phrasing and find new inspiration for playing. If you are comfortable on the neck, know basic scales and chords, have had some initial experience with improvisation and want to explore more advanced musical concepts, these classes are for you. The workshop will be conducted in English, so you must be comfortable with the language and guitar terminology.

During the workshop:

Jack will play his songs live, demonstrating his unique techniques and approach to sound.

He will cover key topics such as:

• Visualization of the neck - a better understanding of sound position and movement on the neck
• Pentatonic scales and modal scales - how to transform pentatonics into more advanced scales
• Chords and their extended versions - how to enrich the harmony in your playing
• Improvisation to backing tracks - how to freely build solos and respond to changing harmonies
• Phrasing - how to give your music expression and unique character
